Marco Chinni founded Primecoach in October 2008. In the difficult environment of autumn 2008, he was able to handle the start-up phase of the company very well.
With the help of consulting mandates with well-known clients and recognition of his consulting services at well-known auditors, Primecoach was able to achieve a good market position within a short period of time. Not least because of his complex and responsible tasks in his former employment relationships:

• Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Pioneer Investments AG, Berne (1999-2008), including responsibility for a large field of activities. These include finance and accounting (including fund accounting), product management, legal and compliance, risk management, monitoring outsourcing partners, IT and logistics.
• Head of Treasury Department ALM, Risk Management & Banking Relations, Management Customer Secretariat at the Bank von Ernst (1996 – 1998)
• Head of Foreign Exchange Trading at the Bank von Ernst (1986 to 1996)
• Forex trader at the Wirtschafts- und Privatbank (1982 – 1986)
• Junior Currency Trader at the Wirtschafts- und Privatbank (1980 – 1982)
• Commercial apprenticeship at the Wirtschafts- und Privatbank (1977-1980)

In addition to his functions, he often took on various training assignments in the field of collective investment schemes.
